We had a good first cutting on our bermuda hay. We always round roll the first cutting. In a few more weeks we’ll start on our square bails for ourselves and our customers. If we luck out on the rain, we should get two more cuttings.
Everythings moving along nicely with the horses. Rick Chayer is still showing our 4 year old stallion, Sweet Genuine Hombre, and will campaign him all the way up until the World Show in November. Next month we’ll drop our 4 year old mare, Joes Sweet Prophet, to Rick to start her roping and show career. Austrailian trainer, Wayne Howsan is still riding 3 year old gelding, Sweet Eyed Jack (thats our son Conner on Jack), 2 year old stallion Sweet mister GQ, and Western By Choice ( Carson ) who we will take back to the Palomino World in July.
We’ll start weaning foals in July also. Below are some random pictures of happenings at the farm. Call for more information on prospects. Thanks for looking…Tim
